Milo Greene – “1957″

Any music you can describe as cinematic, I’m predisposed to like. Milo Greene, a quintet out of Los Angeles, California describes their music as such, which by the transitive function suggests I will like their music. And… By golly, mathematics have done it again. I do like Milo Greene. I’d go even further… I’d say I like like them. With sweeping, emotionally-charged indie-pop and a tinge of cascading folk harmonies, how could you not like like this band.

Below are three songs off their debut album, Milo Greene (available for purchase HERE). All of them are great, but I’d suggest you start with “1957″. It’s quite nice.
