Ellie Goulding – “Hanging On ft. Tinie Tempah”
This summer has been great so far. We’ve seen new singles from groups like Passion Pit, The Killers,and now the wonderful Ellie Goulding has graced our ears with another elegant song. The tune “Hanging On” features some laid back synth work that couples perfectly with her airy, light voice. However, in my opinion, this song takes a turn for the worse. I feel that Tinie Tempah doesn’t really fit well. I’m not a huge fan of him but I just feel like the style he brings doesn’t mesh well with the overall flow of the song. Having said that I still really enjoy this track and look forward to the emergence of her new album.
