One of the fastest growing groups in Minneapolis, The Tribe and Big Cats, is back with their newest video for “Dopeness,” in anticipation of their album “Space” that will be released on 7/10. Coming off a very successful performance at Rhymesayer’s Soundset festival, the group continually impresses and came correct with their new visuals.
The video finds Truth Be Told waking up in a swanky loft surrounded by tripped out models slowly putting themselves back together after a wild night before. Directors Isaac Gale and David Jensen do a fantastic job of juxtaposing Truth Be Told’s flow over producer Big Cats’ spiraling soundscape with spaced out visuals and inserts of the eclipse.
This video, song, and everything TTxBC has been doing lately just oozes cool. We’re very excited to hear the full album and check out their release show on July, 14th at First Avenue.
