Stepdad – “Must Land Running”
About a week ago my ears were indulging in some new music and I came across a song that just started to make me happier than a clam. It had a light and bouncy piano beat and the singers were telling me to “feel it all around [me]“. I couldn’t stop listening, playing it on repeat over and over again. Once I found out it was Stepdad and they had just released their first LP Wildlife Pop, I had to get the rest of the album.After playing “Must Land Running” quite often,I believe it’s a song about when something bad happens we just have to brush ourselves off and get back to it. Even without looking into the song’s intentions it’s a awesome tune and the LP is going to be a great listen this summer.
